Approach
Marco works closely with engineering teams, analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver practical, maintainable data solutions aligned to operational and regulatory requirements. His involvement typically combines hands-on technical delivery with architectural oversight, ensuring solutions are both effective in the short term and sustainable over the long term.
Engagements range from targeted advisory and performance optimisation initiatives through to broader platform modernisation programmes, delivered in collaboration with internal teams and existing delivery partners. Based in London, he supports organisations across the UK and Europe.
This work is typically delivered through short, focused engagements designed to provide clarity, resolve specific technical challenges, and enable internal teams to move forward with confidence, without the need for extended consulting cycles.
